Our company uses the most modern standardized methods of material analysis, which enable us to deliver a quality product to our customers again and again. Granulation composition (Standard FEPA 43-1:2006) and bulk weight (Standard FEPA 44-1:2006) are important factors in ensuring a stable filling of the wire. In our laboratory we perform chemical composition analyzes with an XRF device, which ensures the required chemical composition in our products. The mechanical properties of the steel strip are also an important parameter, both for the cored wire production and final usage. For more demanding fillers and for research purposes, we also perform metallographic and XRD analyzes of our fillers.
